Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the xeravioapps.com website and our browser extensions, starting with AI Chat Project Organizer (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Saidur Mamun Khan, Dhaka, Bangladesh, trading as Xeravio Apps ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension in your own browsers for your own personal or professional use. A paid license applies to one person. You may not resell, share your license key, or give others access to Pro features through your license.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the extension, except where the law allows it.
• Bypass or tamper with license checks or paid-feature limits.
• Use the Service to break any law, or to interfere with the chat sites it works with.

3. Third-party sites and independence

The extension works alongside third-party websites such as AI chat sites. We are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those sites or their owners. Their names and trademarks belong to them. Those sites can change their design or rules at any time, which may affect how the extension works. We try to adapt quickly, but we cannot promise the extension will work on every version of a third-party site, and we do not control those sites.

4. Free and paid plans

The Free plan includes the features listed on our product page. Pro features are available through a monthly subscription or a lifetime license. A "lifetime" license means you pay once and keep Pro access for as long as we offer and support the product. Features and limits of each plan may change over time, but we will not remove features you have already paid for without a fair remedy, such as a refund.

5. Orders, payments and renewals

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes and invoices. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout says otherwise, and taxes may be added where required.

6. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Your data

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Your layout data is stored in your browser. You are responsible for keeping your own backups, for example with the backup feature in Pro.

8. Support

Support is provided by email at support@xeravioapps.com. We aim to reply within a few business days, but we do not guarantee a response time.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty, express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we end your access without cause, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will post a clear notice on this website. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
