Short version: your layout stays in your browser. We do not read, store or send the content of your chats. We do not sell your data.

Who we are

Xeravio Apps is operated by Saidur Mamun Khan, Dhaka, Bangladesh. You can reach us at support@xeravioapps.com. This policy covers our website, xeravioapps.com, and our browser extensions, starting with AI Chat Project Organizer (the "extension").

What the extension does with data

Layout data stays in your browser. Your icons, chat order, subfolders and settings are saved in your browser's local extension storage. Each item is linked to the project and chat IDs found in the page address.
Titles and IDs only. To draw your layout, the extension uses project and chat titles shown in the page, and their IDs. It does not read, store or transmit the text of your conversations, your prompts, the answers you receive or any files you upload.
Limited access. The extension asks only for access to the chat site it supports. It does not run on other websites.
Backups are yours. If you export a backup (Pro), the file is saved to your own device. We never receive it.
No analytics on your chats. The extension does not include advertising or behavior tracking.

Paid features and license checks

Pro features need a way to confirm that a purchase is valid. When you enter or activate a license, the extension sends your license key to our licensing service to check its status. This check does not include any chat content, titles or layout data. We keep only what we need to run licensing, such as the license key, its status, and the email address used for purchase.

Payments

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle collects and processes your payment details, calculates taxes and issues receipts. We never see your full card number. Paddle's handling of your information is described in the Paddle privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy. We receive limited purchase information from Paddle, such as your email address, country, order details and payment status.

Our website

This website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people find the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects technical information such as your approximate location, browser, device and the pages you view. We do not use it for advertising, and it is not part of our browser extensions. You can block it with your browser settings or a tracking blocker, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. If you email us, we keep your message and reply address so we can help you and keep a record of support requests.

How we use information

To provide, license and support the extension.
To confirm purchases and handle refunds.
To answer your emails and fix problems.
To meet legal and tax duties.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it for purposes unrelated to running our products.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run the service, such as Paddle for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and email forwarding, Google for website analytics, and our email provider for support replies. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

Layout data stays in your browser until you remove it or uninstall the extension. For information we hold about you, such as license or support records, email us and we will delete or correct it unless we must keep it for legal or tax reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain uses. Email support@xeravioapps.com and we will respond in writing.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reputable providers and keep the data we hold to a minimum. No system is perfectly secure, but collecting less means there is less to lose.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will make a clear notice on this website.
